Information we collect

When you submit an RFQ or contact JHS International, we may collect the information you choose to provide, including:

• Name
• Company
• Business Email
• Country / Region
• Product / Material
• Application
• Specifications / Requirements
• Estimated Quantity
• Message

How we use your information

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, review RFQ and quotation requests, coordinate electronic materials sourcing communication, and maintain reasonable business correspondence records. Submitting an RFQ does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 on our production website to understand page visits and website usage and improve the buyer experience. We load Google Analytics only after you allow Analytics in Cookie Settings. With your permission, Google Analytics may use cookies and process information such as pages visited, referral sources, and browser and device details. We do not intentionally send RFQ field contents, names, or email addresses to Google Analytics. Browser privacy settings and blocking tools may limit analytics collection.

Analytics is optional and off until you choose to allow it. Essential functionality remains available if you reject it. We remember only your preference, its version, and the time you saved it in your browser for up to 180 days. You can reopen Cookie Settings in the footer to change or withdraw your choice. Withdrawal stops future analytics collection; it does not undo information already sent. Advertising consent remains off. If your browser cannot save the preference, you may be asked again on a later visit.

Service providers and disclosure

Information may be processed by service providers used to deliver website communications. We may also share relevant inquiry details when reasonably necessary to evaluate or coordinate a sourcing request. We do not use an RFQ submission to enroll you in a newsletter or unrelated marketing program.

Data retention

We retain inquiry information only for the period reasonably needed to handle business communication, sourcing follow-up, and related business records.

Information security

We take reasonable care when handling inquiry information. However, no Internet transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Please avoid including confidential information that is unnecessary for an initial sourcing review.
