When you submit an RFQ or contact JHS International, we may collect the information you choose to provide, including:

• Specifications / Requirements
• Estimated Quantity

How we use your information

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, review RFQ and quotation requests, coordinate electronic materials sourcing communication, and maintain reasonable business correspondence records. Submitting an RFQ does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.

Service providers and disclosure

Information may be processed by service providers used to deliver website communications. We may also share relevant inquiry details when reasonably necessary to evaluate or coordinate a sourcing request. We do not use an RFQ submission to enroll you in a newsletter or unrelated marketing program.

Data retention

We retain inquiry information only for the period reasonably needed to handle business communication, sourcing follow-up, and related business records.

Information security

We take reasonable care when handling inquiry information. However, no Internet transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Please avoid including confidential information that is unnecessary for an initial sourcing review.
